BudgetPact terms of use

Effective October 26, 2026. These terms apply to BudgetPact, provided by LXD Sales and Technologies LLC under the Palidax brand. By using BudgetPact, you agree to these terms and applicable Apple App Store terms.

1. What BudgetPact does

BudgetPact helps you plan a budget, record actual spending, compare results, and track savings progress. It is a personal organization tool, not a bank, financial institution, accounting service, or financial, tax, investment, or legal adviser. It does not connect to banks or collect banking credentials. You are responsible for the information you enter and decisions you make using it.

2. Your use of the app

Use BudgetPact lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, or other users’ access. You are responsible for keeping your device and exported budget files secure. Features may depend on device, network, operating system, or service availability.

3. Data and exports

Budget information is stored on your device and may sync to BudgetPact’s dedicated cloud database as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export a CSV or clear stored data through the app’s Settings. Exported copies may remain wherever you save or share them.

4. BudgetPact Plus

Optional BudgetPact Plus subscriptions are sold through Apple. The purchase screen shows the available plan, price, duration, and included features before purchase. Apple processes payment and manages renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. Cancel through your Apple account to stop future renewals. Deleting the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. Restore eligible purchases from the app’s Settings.

5. Accuracy and availability

Budgets, projections, and summaries depend on the information entered and are provided for personal planning. We do not guarantee that calculations reflect your complete financial circumstances or that the app will always be available without interruption. Review important figures independently.

6. Updates and contact

We may update BudgetPact or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent allowed by law. Contact [email protected] with questions.
