UpMyMargins terms of use
These Terms govern UpMyMargins, provided by LXD Sales and Technologies LLC under the Palidax brand. By downloading, accessing or using UpMyMargins, you agree to these Terms, the UpMyMargins Privacy Policy and applicable Apple App Store terms. Updated September 30, 2026.
1. Provider and license
Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is provided through the App Store, UpMyMargins is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The app is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules.
2. Pricing estimates and your decisions
UpMyMargins supports job pricing and profitability decisions using information you provide, saved costs, comparable job history and available cached or current data. Recommendations, ranges, estimated profit and owner earnings per hour are estimates. They are not guarantees of revenue, profit, demand or customer acceptance and are not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. You control the final price and business decision. Review job scope, assumptions, actual expenses and local requirements.
3. Optional information and assumptions
Only a Quote Name is required to create a quote. Unprovided costs and job facts may use disclosed editable planning defaults or may be excluded as explained in Why This Price. Planning defaults are not measured local market prices. Photographs do not establish property dimensions or job complexity by themselves. Correct extraction errors before relying on a recommendation.
4. Your job content
You retain rights to the descriptions, notes, photos, spreadsheets and other content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, sync and display it to provide the features you request. Upload only content you have the right to use. Avoid unnecessary customer identifiers, contact details, access codes and sensitive information. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from your customers and team.
5. Voice, photos and provider processing
Voice input uses Apple speech recognition, including on-device processing when supported. Photo text extraction may occur on-device. Optional provider features may use external services disclosed in the app. We request permission before sending content for those features and minimize facts where unnecessary identifiers can be excluded. Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review extracted facts and assumptions.
6. Offline use and service availability
Core quoting can use saved settings, available history and cached data offline. Recommendations disclose when current local enrichment is unavailable. Saved quotes may receive updated recommendations when services become available; your selected price remains under your control. Connectivity, device settings, provider failures and outages may affect sync, notifications and optional processing. No service guarantees uninterrupted availability or current market data in every area.
7. Free quotes and subscriptions
Free access includes two real quotes. Deleting, duplicating, reinstalling, resetting tutorials or undoing an action does not restore used free-quote eligibility. Pro is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year; Pro+ is $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year; Business is $29.99 per month or $299.99 per year, in US dollars before any applicable tax. Apple’s purchase confirmation displays the actual price, billing period and applicable conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple’s subscription settings. Apple handles payment, billing and eligible refunds. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
8. Included features and fair use
Pro includes core pricing, quote history and Insights. Pro+ includes premium AI, photo, negotiation, Ask My Jobs and intelligence features. Business includes the owner and up to three active assistants with pooled premium use. Premium processing is subject to disclosed usage and cost protections to prevent abuse and runaway service charges. When a protection affects a request, the app explains the limit and core cost/history recommendations remain available. There are no separate à-la-carte AI/photo subscriptions. If extra capacity is offered, its price and allowance must be displayed before purchase, and purchased unused capacity rolls forward until used.
9. Business teams
Assistants use their own accounts, linked to one business as permitted by the owner. The owner controls assistant access and may remove or reassign up to three active assistants. Shared-history changes are attributed to the account making the change. Team features require an active Business entitlement. Protect your sign-in credentials and remove access when no longer appropriate.
10. Acceptable use and protections
Do not use UpMyMargins unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, defeat account or usage controls, resell service access, or submit content intended to compromise the service. We may limit affected optional processing for security, provider outages, misuse or disclosed cost protections. Such controls do not download new executable code or introduce undisclosed app functionality.
11. Data deletion and support
Delete My Account & Data removes UpMyMargins account content subject to necessary legal, security, transaction and anti-abuse retention explained in the Privacy Policy. Reset All Data / Refresh App clears device-local content and setup while preserving cloud content, subscription status and used free-quote eligibility. Export unsynced data first. Deleting UpMyMargins content does not delete your content in another Palidax app. Contact [email protected] for support or privacy requests.
12. Updates
We may update the app and these Terms as features, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Apple’s Standard EULA applies alongside these app-specific Terms; nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
