BudgetPact privacy policy

Effective October 17, 2026. BudgetPact is provided by LXD Sales and Technologies LLC under the Palidax brand. This policy applies to BudgetPact only.

1. Information BudgetPact processes

Budget amounts, categories, preferences, and monthly history that you enter are stored on your device and may be synchronized to BudgetPact’s dedicated cloud database using a random device identifier. BudgetPact does not connect to financial institutions or collect bank credentials. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

2. Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and payment information. BudgetPact receives only purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock Plus features. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.

3. Your data controls

You can export your budget from Settings → Export budget as CSV. Settings → Clear all budget data removes stored BudgetPact data. Keep exported files secure because they can contain your financial information.

4. Service providers and security

Information needed to synchronize your budget may be processed by the service providers supporting BudgetPact’s dedicated cloud database. We use reasonable safeguards for the app and its services; no electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Children and changes

BudgetPact is a general budgeting tool and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy when practices or requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
